Lisa Bullock has served on the Board for two years, demonstrating a commitment to the service of others. Pink-4-Ever is grateful for all that she brings to the organization, including 15 years of experience as a Registered Nurse. Educating her community is second nature for her. She utilizes her talents at health fairs and different speaking engagements throughout the Indianapolis area. She believes that any chance to get out and interact with her community, to teach and empower them, will help to foster a more informed decision making process about their health.
With the many programs that P4E offers, Lisa is most proud of the Mother's Day Brunch. Lisa's experience with cancer within her family has heightened her sense of appreciation and gratitude. She says, "The Mother's Day Brunch helps me to honor my own mother, who died of cervical cancer, by honoring others".
With her continual compassion for the community and those effected by breast cancer, Lisa's need to help others become educated to make informed decisions, moves her to continue with the mission of Pink-4-Ever. She promotes the saying, "It's ok to talk about it" and makes herself available to those who need to talk. She believes that she is helping others make life changing decisions and, in return, she is seeing lives being changed. Lisa's goal is not to benefit or profit from P4E, but to allow those she meets along the way to enhance her life by serving them.
